Hotel Andaluz and Mas Tapas y Vino are gearing up for the upcoming Wine Dinner on October 12, which benefits the Anita Salas Memorial Fund.
It assists those in the treatment of breast and cervical cancers.
John Cuviello, director of food and beverage and Diane Dacamara, a volunteer from the foundation joined Executive Chef Marc Quinones Tuesday on New Mexico Living talking about the foundation and how the dinner will help benefit it.
