It is the final weekend of the River of Lights and the last chance to enjoy the magic of millions of twinkling lights at New Mexico’s largest walk-through light show.
Details: The event is open from 6 to 9:30 p.m., tickets can be purchased at Hold my Ticket or at the door. Adults (13+) are $12, children (3-12) are $6 and babies (under 3) are free.
Buddy the Elf, known to millions from the 2003 movie starring Will Ferrell, is an orphan who crawled into Santa’s bag. Now grown, he has to face the fact that he’s really too tall to be an elf, and is really bad at making toys anyway. He heads to New York to find his father and discovers that his dad is on the naughty list and his brother doesn’t believe in Santa Claus. It’s a Musical Theatre Southwest production, being performed at the African American Performing Arts Center.
