What is the temperature of the housing market in Albuquerque? That’s a question local real estate broker Beverly Hilton of Realty One of New Mexico is asked frequently.
Hilton appeared on New Mexico Living and answered a number of questions about the current climate of the housing market. Hilton has been a senior escrow officer for 17 years, a licensed broker for since 1996, is a certified real estate instructor and was the Albuquerque Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year.
Hilton explains that New Mexico’s market isn’t subject to the normal ebbs and flows of other markets meaning that while the price of a house will not skyrocket, it also will not drastically drop below what you’ve paid for it.
