Big Brothers Big Sisters needs more female mentors

January is National Mentoring Month and Big Brothers Big Sisters needs more female mentors. A lot of people have a New Year’s resolution to give back or do volunteer work. But for many of us, our resolutions have gone out the window by now, as we focus on our busy lives.

Fortunately, it’s not too late to make good on your New Year’s resolution to give back. An easy way to do it and make a big difference is to mentor a child in our community. Big Brothers Big Sisters needs mentors, especially females.

Big Brothers and Big Sisters Chief of Marketing and Outreach Sharon Tenorio and Big Sister Danielle Rivera visited the set to discuss exactly what mentors do and how mentoring a child in our community can make a huge difference.
