Koach Financial Group has tax refund advice

It’s that time of year again when many of us begin the process of filing our income taxes. The Koach Financial Group says if people have refunds they should avoid just spending it all in one place, and put it to good use.

President & CEO Chad Clark along with Vice President & Director of Coaching, Thomas Trujillo appeared on New Mexico Living with some great advice. They said nearly half of adults in America couldn’t cover a $400 emergency expense without going further into debt.

Koach representatives explain that to initially prioritize savings over debt repayment.  A portion of your income tax refund could be used for an additional safety net of savings which can help avoid using your credit card while still paying off debt.

The Koach Financial app is a free mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play Store that helps people easily create a budget, manage their money, and get one-on-one help from a financial coach.
