Bien Shur reveals spring menu, 28-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye

It may be cold outside, but the folks at Bien Shur are already showing off their spring menu which includes their prime grade 28-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye.
Chef Sean Staggs appeared on New Mexico Living and served up that steak as well as crispy tri-colored fingerling potatoes, charred cherry heirloom tomatoes with sauteed asparagus.

Chef Staggs has over 20 years of kitchen experience that ranges from bar food to fine dining. His specialties include scratch food such as fresh past, and in-house butchery. All food is prepped onsite to maintain the freshest taste and best quality.

Overlooking the Sandia Mountains, Sandia Resort and Casino welcomes visitors to their unique and inviting southwestern setting and has won the Best of the City award in 2017 and 2018.
