Executive Chef  Joe Rogers and Ember’s Chef Jean Pierre Vincent proudly featured the new Embers Dessert menu, and special Valentine’s Day menu.

The special Valentine’s menu for two includes:

  • Appetizer (Choice of one)
    • Beet Salad
      • Aged Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Baby Greens and Raspberry Vinaigrette
    • Creamy Potato Leek Soup
      • Marinated Lobster Salad and Creme Fraiche
  • Entrée Surf & Turf
    • Grilled Marinated Petite Filet & Butter Basted Lobster
      • Creamy Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Season Vegetables and Red Wine Sauce
  • Dessert
    • Strawberry Decadence
      • Valrhona White Chocolate Mousse & Strawberry Bavarois, Vanilla Cake, Pistachio Crunch and Fresh Berries

Some of the dessert options include Lemon & Vanilla Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse Tower, Orange Grande Marnier Creme Brulee, Pear & Cranberry Tartlet and Trio of House Ice Cream. Guests should call 505.244.8288 for reservations to reserve their seat. The dinner costs $58 per person from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
