Nina Conti: In Your Face
The weekend starts out with British actress and comedian Nina Conti who will be performing this Saturday at the KiMo Theatre as part of the Revolutions International Theatre Festival. Conti improvises unforgettable puppetry and ventriloquism using live audience members in cartoonish masks She’s stormed Live at the Apollo, Sunday Night at the Palladium and made a BAFTA nominated film all without moving her lips.

The Beach Boys return to Popejoy Hall to celebrate over 50 years of their distinct California sound. Led by Mike Love and Bruce Johnston, relive your favorites with “Surfin’ USA,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” and “God Only Knows” in one special concert performance. John Stamos will even be taking the stage as a special guest! Original members, Bruce Johnston and Mike Love, lead the group. Tickets range from $40 to $150. New Mexico Before Columbus
New Mexico’s long and fascinating human story is often overlooked in history books. This presentation will examine history during times before Columbus with a focus on Paleo-Indian archaic and classical ancestral cultures. Alan Osborne will be presenting.
