ABQ To Do Crew offers lots of family-friendly events

The ABQ To Do Crew offers lots of events. The Fiestas de Albuquerque will celebrate the city’s birthday this Saturday in Old Town. It’s a free, family-friendly activity throughout the day including live music, dance, face painting, climbing wall and artist demonstrations. Free shuttles will be available throughout the event, pick-ups and drop-offs at the free parking lot on 18th Street and Bellamah, Saturday, April 6 from noon to 5 p.m.

The Midtown Men will take the stage at Popejoy Hall, performing hits from the Four Seasons, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, The Rascals, and more. The group, which includes some of the original Jersey Boys, will have audience members grooving to sounds of the 60s when they take the stage for one performance only. April 6 at 8 p.m. Tickets range from $25 to $69 and are available at Popejoy Hall.

In Bernalillo County, the Art of Faith in Historic New Mexico is an afternoon of music, art and wine. The event features performances by the New Mexico Philharmonic String Quartet, talks by New Mexico artists and wine growers with wine tasting, an open-air artisan market and food trucks. This is a free event that is happening, Saturday, April 6 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Gutierrez-Hubbell House.
