Garcia’s Kitchen celebrates Founder’s Day with ‘Andy’s Special’

They are an absolute staple to the New Mexican cuisine community.  With seven locations throughout the metro, Garcia’s Kitchen is beloved for its savory flavors and community presence.  It’s a presence cultivated by the restaurant’s founder, the late Andy Garcia.

Garcia passed away more than 5 years ago, but his legacy of fine New Mexican food lives on, through his faithful staff.  To celebrate their founder, Garcia’s Kitchen will be offering “Andy’s Special” for only $5.99 on Wednesday, April 17, as well as free chips and salsa with every meal purchased.

The special is offered at all of their locations throughout the metro.  While you’re there, you can also hook yourself up with some of their delicious salsa to take home, as well as biscochitos for dessert.

Garcia’s Kitchen has seven locations in Albuquerque and a catering department that serves Albuquerque, Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The first location opened in 1975 in downtown Albuquerque at 4th and Mountain Road.
