Performers Ballet & Jazz Company comes to Albuquerque

For one weekend only, Spring Gala: The Performers Ballet & Jazz Company features 65 classically-trained dancers in new and re-staged classical and contemporary works. An avant-garde production by this highly-acclaimed company will redefine the concert dance in Albuquerque. The performance will also showcase a renowned collection of classical ballet repertoire. Choreographers include Alex Ketley, Artistic Director of The Foundry, San Francisco, California, as well as local artists Karen Alwin, Andrea Basile, Wendy Miner, and Kelsey Paschich.

The Performers Ballet & Jazz Company is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in 1990 to provide professional training and performance experience to young, aspiring dancers from New
Mexico.

There are only two performances only, one on Friday, May 10 at 6:30 p.m. and one on Saturday, May 11 1 p.m. Tickets range from $ 25 to $ 33. Discount available for groups, students, and seniors (handling fee of $2.00 is included).
