Animal Humane has a new facility at its center. It has 19 suites, six indoors and outdoors and five sizes to choose from. The pet daycare facilities have rubber flooring to prevent the dogs from slipping. Dogs must be up-to-date on their shots, and are screened to keep all of the dogs safe.
Animal Humane New Mexico’s mission is to support and improve the lives of New Mexico’s cats and dogs through sheltering, adoptions, humane education and veterinary services. It’s a private nonprofit shelter, and receives no city, state or federal funding.
