Dr. Stevie Dejuan Springer shows how people’s diets can slow the aging process

People want to stay young looking, but unfortunately, they have diets that are not conducive to looking and feeling younger. Wise and well’s Dr. Stevie Springer says people really have to watch their natural collagen levels.”Our Bodies have a collagen deficiency” says Dr, Springer.

Amino Acids are key, he says sitting around, lack of exercise and sleep, a poor diet with a lot of sugary foods, and food sensitivity will speed up the aging process.

Dr. Springer suggests bone broth, coconut oil, anti-inflammatory foods, probiotics, green tea, and foods high in collagen. He also says chicken and beef skin help to continue natural production of collagen.
