Bacon Jam serves up American favorites with a New Mexican flair

Known for its all day breakfast, massive portions, and low prices, Bacon Jam has great food for early risers, brunch and lunch goers.

Owner of Bacon Jam, Craig Wood stopped by the New Mexico Living Local set to show off items from their lunch menu including a pastrami salad with hand-sliced pastrami and provolone and is filled with hard-boiled eggs, candied bacon, red onions and romaine lettuce.

Their mouth-watering cinnamon roll is made in-house and features house caramel, icing, bacon ganache and a bacon crumble to top it all off.

Bacon Jam even has its own twist on chicken fried steak with New Mexican flair. The made in-house chicken fried steak has been spiced up with Bueno’s exclusive autumn roast green chile, and is breaded with bacon batter and is topped with a mound of mashed potatoes and bacon gravy.

An end of the year block party is also in the works at Bacon Jam and will feature live bands, drinks, and more. Bacon Jam can be found at 2930 Candelaria Rd NE in Albuquerque with more locations in the works.
