If you love cars you’re going to want to get out to the first annual Route 66 Street Rod Nationals happening this weekend on August 23, 24, and 25 at Expo New Mexico.
Jim Rowlett with the National Street Rod Association explains that while this is their first year in New Mexico though they host 123 events across the country including their 50th anniversary which took place at the beginning of August in Louisville, Kentucky.
This family-friendly event will include commercial vendors selling automotive parts, a swap meet, and Women’s World featuring exhibitors with items that will interest women as well as men and children.
Admission costs $19 for ages 13 and older with children 6 through 12 costing $6 and is available at the event. Local OReilly Auto Parts Stores will also offer admission. For more information on the Route 66 Street Rod Nationals, click here.
