ABQToDo: Fun workshops, great plays happening in Albuquerque

Do you have any plans this weekend? There’s always something going on in Albuquerque.

Dracula is showing at the North 4th Street Theatre. Dracula is a story of love, courage, friendship, faithfulness and sacrifice in the face of great evil. “elite Dance & Theatre” creates a hauntingly beautiful retelling of the original story by Bram Stoker.

Show show starts from September 6 to September 14.

Another great thing happening in Albuquerque is Teen Night. Albuquerque teens are invited to the Balloon Museum on Saturday, September 7 night for a fun, drone filled evening. Teens can watch professional drone racing, get hands-on demos and experience a flight simulator. Event is free and open to ages 12-19.

Bernalillo County is holding a Land, People & Culture Workshop Series. This free event focuses on weaving in the southwest. People will experience the complexity and skill required for the weaving process. They will also participate and make their own baskets or mats.
