‘The Women’ fills the stage with strong characters, witty dialogue

The Adobe Theater raises the curtain on “The Women” next Friday. This is a juicy, wicked, and play full of fun that features an all-female cast and covers themes such as romantic rivalry, toxic friendship and the thousands of supporting roles women play in their everyday lives.

The work features on the character Mary Haines who is the envy of her friends and lives comfortable as a married woman in her New York home. However, her world comes to a crashing halt when her gossip-hungry friend learns of Mary’s husband’s affair.

The play runs at the Adobe Theater from Friday, October 11 through Sunday, November 3. General admission tickets are $20. Opening weekend special, all tickets will be $15.
