Cooking with Compassion makes everyday vegan recipes easy

The food that we eat has a major impact on our health and eating healthy fuels us with the necessary nutrients to feel and look great, and protect against disease. You can also enjoy delicious food without spending hours in the kitchen all while embracing a plant-based diet.

After seeing improvements in her own health after going vegan, chef Nancy Arenas explains she started Cooking with Compassion to help others learn how beneficial the lifestyle change can be. Nancy offers cooking demonstrations with Cooking with Compassion, showing others it can only take 30 minutes to make a delicious vegan meal.

Demonstrations are held once a month at Natural Grocers on Montgomery and Wyoming where they offer recipes, resources, additional information on vegan cooking.
