Lead Line Chef Richard Padilla and Executive Chef Marc Quinones visited the set to discuss several tapas available at the restaurant. Chef Richard explains that the Snake River Farms “Pepper Steak” is among their most ordered dishes.
It includes a marbled Zubuton steak and pickled cipollini onion that pairs well with their housemade savory beef au jus.
Chef Marc was recently named Local Hero and Best Chef by Edible NM and takes pride in his work.
“We received a great award…It’s not about me you know, it’s Chef Richard Chef Billy, Chef Bernacki, Chef Lilly and the whole team you know, and what they do,” said Chef Marc.
