Taco Cabana celebrates 25 years of business

Are you looking for some delicious Mexican food that you can get quick and easy? If so, Taco Cabana is the way to go. They are locally owned and have been in business for more than two decades providing the community with genuine made from scratch Mexican food.

Ed Rodriguez and Veronica Alarcon stopped by the New Mexico Living set and whipped up some chile rellenos. They also gave some tips on how to make the best chile rellenos.

When it comes to the batter, they separate the egg whites from the egg yolk. Then they gradually add the egg yolk. This helps make the batter fluffy.

Taco Cabana is celebrating 25 years. They are also offering $2 mango and strawberry margaritas.

Taco Cabana is open 24/7 and has five locations in Albuquerque and one in Rio Rancho. Click here for more information.
